MARINE INSTRUMENTS IS CERTIFIED AS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
Marine Instruments has obtained, for its outstanding work culture, the prestigious Great Place to Work® seal. The certificate, awarded by the international consulting firm of the same name, promotes cultural transformation in companies to turn them into excellent working environments. This recognition is based on the latest results of the work climate survey in which 85% of the workforce participated and in which the level of trust reached 73%.
Gabriel Gómez, the company’s CEO, expressed his gratitude to the entire workforce, saying he was “proud to work with an exceptional and committed team whose daily efforts not only strengthen the company, but also enrich the well-being of each and every employee. We will continue to work together to maintain an environment where we can all grow, thrive and experience the satisfaction of contributing to a common purpose”.
The company stands out for its flexible working hours and its hybrid work model, which combines on-site and remote work, thus favoring the reconciliation of family and professional life. It also stands out for its commitment to the professional growth and development of its team and for the exchange of knowledge between departments. An example of this is the monthly technical conferences and interdepartmental cross-departmental talks in the three sectors in which the company operates.
For Great Place to Work, the best working environments are built on trust in leaders, pride in the work performed and enjoyment in working relationships. To obtain this recognition, Marine Instruments passed an exhaustive audit and an anonymous employee survey, which evaluated, among other aspects, the credibility of managers, respect among employees, the work environment and opportunities for growth.
The Great Place to Work® certification reaffirms Marine Instruments’ commitment to creating an exceptional work environment that promotes well-being, satisfaction and the integral development of the team.
